Science Workshop - Home education community
When: Thursday 9th May 9:30am-12:00pm (2.5hrs duration)

Who: Suitable for children aged 5-13 years
The workshop will be very hands on - the Young Scientists will be provided with a problem to brainstorm before we really get stuck in and build our own microscopes (please keep this a secret from them as it will be worked into our problem solving). Older students will be offered the opportunity to build their microscope independently following an instruction sheet and the younger Scientists will build their own microscope step-by-step as a group.
The workshop will need a minimum of 10 students to proceed and the class will have a maximum of 20 students.
