Science is more than just a subject; it’s a way of thinking. Research tells us that young people are curious and love Science, but that they don’t always have the opportunity to explore it outside the classroom. Providing your child with the opportunity to cultivate their critical thinking and problem-solving skills from an early age will give them the edge in this fast-paced, technology-driven era where people with these skills will be highly sought after.

Young people benefit from additional opportunities to play with Science

In 2015, a scientific literacy survey indicated a decline in Australia’s scientific literacy. Of all the States and Territories, New South Wales showed the greatest downturn. To help young people be better prepared for life with confidence and ability to face tomorrow’s rapidly evolving workforce, we need to give them more opportunities to explore Science outside the classroom.
